It means that you may use the free source code for any purpose, personal as well as commercial, without any obligations or conditions between both parties (you, the one who uses the code, and me, the onw who created the site which created the code).
I kindly ask that you leave the "This report was initially created by ALVRobot.com.ar" credit on the source code generated, since that is a nice way of giving something back to me. But if you really need (or want) to remove that comment, you are free to do so.
